Cancellation Policy – Rockford Pickleball

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with Rockford Pickleball it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.  If your reservation is  after June 1, 2023 there is a no refund policy. You will be given a credit for a future booking only. Tournaments have a no refund policy, no matter when a cancellation occurs. 

You can cancel or reschedule a reservation by using the cancel and reschedule links provided in your confirmation email.  Rescheduling must be done a minimum of 72 hours in advance.

No refunds or credits are given for missed or partially attended classes, leagues, mixers, or clinics. 

Make-up classes are scheduled only when the facility has closed due to weather.  Make-up classes are not scheduled for illnesses.
